Combined with our Design Centers this provides the customer a variety of housing styles as well as cabinetry, trim, flooring & décor packages to visualize what fits their tastes and style. The Owl Homes Group has long term partnerships with five of the premier Factory Built Housing Manufacturers in the Northeast that provide years of construction experience and financial viability. Our variety of manufactures provides us the ability to build a new homes with different designs and style at virtually every price point. State of the art equipment and commonly known brand name materials are used in construction and is supported by on site engineers and third party inspections. Every Owl Home surpasses either Federal or State building code requirements and many are Energy Star Rated or Ready. Because of our close proximity to these manufacturers our customers gain the benefit of lower transportation costs and more efficient service support. Plus as an added benefit our customers easily have the ability to tour any of the factories during actual production.
